Terms and Conditions (“Terms”)
Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”, “Terms and Conditions”) carefully before using the ExpoGenie software license application (the “Product”) operated by ConvoSpark, LLC. (“us”, “we”, or “our”).
Your access to and use of the Product is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Product
By accessing or using the Product you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Product.
If you wish to purchase any Product made available through the Product (“Purchase”), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including, without limitation, your Company Name, Contact Details, Billing Information, and any requested details around the related Event the Product is to be used for.
Payment terms for the Product are net 15 for upon signing of the agreement. If you purchased the Product for multiple years, you will be charged annually per license from the date of the signed agreement for the length of the agreement.
If you are not satisfied with the Product that you have purchased from us, you are eligible for a full reimbursement within 30 days after the Product is released. Day of release is when you have access into the Product administrative panel for the event(s) you made the purchase for.
After the 30-day period you will no longer be eligible to receive a refund. We encourage our customers to try the Product in the first 30-days after the release to ensure it fits your needs.
What information do we collect?
We collect information from users when you fill out a form, visit our site, or a site administrator creates a profile upon your request.
When registering on our site, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter your name, e-mail address, mailing address, phone number or other related company information.
What do we use your information for?
Any of the information we collect from you may be used in one of the following ways:
To personalize your experience (your information helps us to better respond to your individual needs)
To improve our website (we continually strive to improve our website offerings based on the information and feedback we receive from you)
To improve customer service (your information helps us to more effectively respond to your customer service requests and support needs)
To send periodic emails
The email address you provide with your account registration may be used to send you information and updates pertaining to your request.

Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act Compliance
We are in compliance with the requirements of COPPA (Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act), we do not collect any information from anyone under 13 years of age. Our website, products and services are all directed to people who are at least 13 years old or older.
Data Portability Process
Upon request we can generate an export containing all of the data we collect in the form of a csv. and/or xml format.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
