Find More Best-Fit Exhibitors, Without Starting From Scratch.
ExpoGenie Discover looks at the companies already on your event site and uses their names and websites to help identify similar companies, research promising accounts, and prioritize where your team focuses first. Turn your current exhibitor list into a smarter place to start prospecting.
Discover is an early beta, available to a limited group of customers while we build it with them. Capabilities are still expanding.

Exhibitor prospecting starts from zero far too often.
Each sales cycle sends event teams back to last year’s spreadsheet, scattered referrals, browser research, and generic outreach, even though their strongest existing exhibitors already reveal valuable clues about who may be a good fit.
The same list gets reused
Prospecting begins with previous exhibitors and an aging spreadsheet rather than a fresh pool of relevant companies.
Fit is difficult to define
Teams know a strong exhibitor when they see one, but the shared characteristics are rarely documented.
Research happens one account at a time
Salespeople move between websites, search results, social profiles, and internal notes to understand each company.
Prioritization is mostly instinct
Large prospect lists provide little guidance about which accounts deserve attention first.
Outreach starts from a blank page
Every first-touch email takes time to research, personalize, and write.
Knowledge is disconnected
Event history, account research, prospect lists, and outreach often live in separate systems.
Your team should spend more time building relationships, and less time rebuilding the prospect list.
Start prospecting with more context and a clearer sense of fit.
Discover looks at the companies already on your event site and uses their names and websites to recommend similar companies and speed up early research.
A stronger place to start
Generate prospect recommendations based on the companies already exhibiting at your event.
More focused research
Review relevant company information and fit signals without opening a dozen separate browser tabs.
Faster first outreach
Start from company research instead of a blank page, so preparing a relevant first touch is faster.
From your best exhibitors to your next prospect list.
Give Discover the context behind what you sell.
Point Discover at the event whose exhibitor list you want to grow. Discover uses the company names and websites already on your event site as the starting point for finding more companies like them.
Event context set
Turn your team’s knowledge into a clear prospecting profile.
Discover builds a starting profile from the companies already exhibiting at your event, using their names and websites to suggest the kinds of companies worth targeting. Review the profile before using it to find new accounts.
Profile ready to review
Surface companies that resemble the exhibitors you want more of.
Discover searches for companies that resemble the exhibitors already on your event site and presents recommended accounts for your team to review, along with the existing exhibitors each one resembles, so your team can understand and check the match.
Ranked for your team to review
Get the account context before starting outreach.
Open a prospect to review the company information, fit signals, and research your team needs to decide whether the account belongs in the pipeline. Spend less time gathering basic information and more time determining the right message and next step. Review current sources before using generated information in outreach. Personalized outreach drafting is part of the Discover roadmap.

Questions event teams ask us.
Is ExpoGenie Discover available now?
Discover is in an early beta, available to a limited group of customers while we build it alongside them. Capabilities are still expanding. Request early access to discuss whether your event is a fit.
How does Discover identify prospects?
Discover uses the company names and websites of the exhibitors already on your event site to find companies that appear similar. It does not use purchase history, revenue, or contact information.
What is an ideal exhibitor profile?
An ideal exhibitor profile describes the types of companies your team wants to target, including relevant industries, segments, company characteristics, audience alignment, and other supported criteria. The profile can be reviewed and edited by your team.
Does Discover guarantee that a company will exhibit or sponsor?
No. Discover provides recommendations and research assistance to help teams prioritize outreach. Your sales team still evaluates the account, builds the relationship, and determines whether there is a genuine opportunity.
Can I adjust the ideal exhibitor profile?
You can review the profile Discover proposes. More detailed editing controls are part of the developing beta experience.
Does Discover use my event’s own data?
Discover uses the company names and websites of the exhibitors already on your event site. It does not use purchase history, revenue, contacts, or data from past events. We will confirm exactly how your information is handled before you begin.
Is my data used to train models for other customers?
Your event information is used to support prospecting for your own account. We will review exactly how data is handled, isolated, and processed with your team before you begin.
Where does prospect research come from?
Discover uses supported company data and research sources to assemble account information. Your team can review the details and verify them before using them in outreach.
Can I send outreach from inside ExpoGenie?
Outreach drafting and sending are part of the Discover roadmap and are not yet available. Today, Discover focuses on identifying, researching, and prioritizing best-fit accounts. When outreach tools are released, messages will remain drafts until an authorized user reviews and approves them.
Does Discover automatically contact prospects?
No. Discover does not contact anyone. It surfaces recommended companies for your team to review and does not send any outreach.
Can prospects be exported to our CRM?
Not yet. Discover does not currently connect to a CRM or send records to another system. CRM and export handoffs are on the roadmap. For now, your team works from the recommendations inside ExpoGenie.
Do I need the rest of ExpoGenie to use Discover?
Discover is most valuable when it can use the event and exhibitor context already available in ExpoGenie. Early-access availability and packaging may vary, so our team will review the right setup with you.
How do I get early access?
Request early access and tell us about your event, your current exhibitor prospecting process, and your sales goals. ExpoGenie will determine whether the current early-access version is a good fit.
