Two ways to get your event live on ExpoGenie
Every client gets the same proven path to launch. The difference is how much expert help you have along the way: own the build with our guidance, or bring in a dedicated specialist who works alongside your team.
- Sign & complete your intake form
- Watch: exhibitor sign-up flow
- Create your first booth package
- Run a test signup In progress
- Live session 2: milestone check-in
Guided Onboarding
You own the build. We guide the way with structured video training and milestone check-ins that keep you moving.
- Full video training library with step-by-step walkthroughs of the entire portal setup
- Four dedicated live sessions: milestone checkpoints to answer questions and unblock you (not step-by-step training)
- A custom setup checklist and gated milestones that keep your build on track
- Support and knowledge base access throughout
Concierge Onboarding
A dedicated project manager for your launch. We learn your event inside-out, configure alongside you, and make sure nothing slips.
- Everything in Guided, plus a dedicated specialist who knows your event, your pricing, and your use cases, and comes to every session prepped
- Working sessions where we configure key pieces of your event together, so you finish with confidence
- Expert review that catches setup gaps before they bite: member vs. non-member pricing, discount rules, and more
- End-to-end testing of your exhibitor signup flow with you before you go live
- Creating your site content: tasks, products, invoice & email templates, and design & brand assets stay yours to build
- A full event build. You own the build; we bring the strategy, guidance, and configuration to get it right

The questions every team asks
Is the launch timeline different between the two options?
No. Most events go live in 4–6 weeks either way, because you own the timeline in both. We still rely on you for the floor plan, prospectus, and key decisions. Concierge changes how much expert help you have along the way, not the calendar.
Are the four live sessions training sessions?
No. The video library handles the training. The live sessions are milestone checkpoints: you build at your own pace, and each session is there to answer questions and unblock you so you keep moving forward.
Who actually builds my event?
You do, in both options. With Guided, you follow the videos and your setup checklist. With Concierge, a dedicated specialist configures key pieces with you in working sessions, reviews your setup for gaps, and tests your signup flow with you before launch.
What does Concierge onboarding not include?
We don’t create your site content: tasks, products, invoice and email templates, and design and brand assets stay yours to build. It’s also not a full event build. We bring the strategy, guidance, and configuration; you own the content and final sign-off.
Can I add Concierge after starting with Guided?
Yes. You can add Concierge support at any point in your onboarding.
How quickly do I get access after signing?
The same day. Signing automatically triggers your intake form and custom setup checklist, enrolls you in the onboarding video series, and sets up access to your ExpoGenie portal.
What should I have ready before my first live session?
Complete the prerequisite videos, set up at least one exhibitor package or booth type, and run through your own signup once as a test exhibitor. That way your session is spent unblocking you, not covering the basics.
Not sure which fits? Start with Guided Onboarding. You can add Concierge support at any point.
