Onboarding

Two ways to get your event live on ExpoGenie

Every client gets the same proven path to launch. The difference is how much expert help you have along the way: own the build with our guidance, or bring in a dedicated specialist who works alongside your team.

Your onboarding checklist
  • Sign & complete your intake form
  • Watch: exhibitor sign-up flow
  • Create your first booth package

Onboarding FAQ

The questions every team asks

No. Most events go live in 4–6 weeks either way, because you own the timeline in both. We still rely on you for the floor plan, prospectus, and key decisions. Concierge changes how much expert help you have along the way, not the calendar.

No. The video library handles the training. The live sessions are milestone checkpoints: you build at your own pace, and each session is there to answer questions and unblock you so you keep moving forward.

You do, in both options. With Guided, you follow the videos and your setup checklist. With Concierge, a dedicated specialist configures key pieces with you in working sessions, reviews your setup for gaps, and tests your signup flow with you before launch.

We don’t create your site content: tasks, products, invoice and email templates, and design and brand assets stay yours to build. It’s also not a full event build. We bring the strategy, guidance, and configuration; you own the content and final sign-off.

Yes. You can add Concierge support at any point in your onboarding.

The same day. Signing automatically triggers your intake form and custom setup checklist, enrolls you in the onboarding video series, and sets up access to your ExpoGenie portal.

Complete the prerequisite videos, set up at least one exhibitor package or booth type, and run through your own signup once as a test exhibitor. That way your session is spent unblocking you, not covering the basics.

Not sure which fits? Start with Guided Onboarding. You can add Concierge support at any point.
